Payment procedure
- A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the date of the wedding.
- A charge of £50 will be added to the cost for initial pick ups that are 50 miles and further from Stirling.
- A charge of £100 will be added to the cost for initial pick ups that are 100 miles and further from Stirling.
- Extra hours on top of the basic 4 hour package will be charged at £30 per hour.
Additional terms
- Ribbons will always be supplied at no extra cost to the customer.
- Champagne will be supplied according to availability
- Cars will arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the initial pick up time given by the customer. This time is fo the driver to organise and to complete final preperations prior pick up.
- 4 hours include the time from initial pick up to the last drop off point, usually the reception. Time for photographs are down to the drivers flexibilty on the day.
